VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
July 17, 1915
A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the office of C.F. Fiman on Saturday July 17, 1915.
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, F.M. Plank Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
The meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills for labor
The following bills were presented by road overseer J.E. Hamlet on motion bills allowed and Clerk
instructed to draw orders for same immediately which was done
