A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Bank of Elk River on Monday Aug 2 1915.
Present – C.F. Fiman Pres, F.M. Plank, Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk.
This meeting was called for the purpose of allowing bills the following bills were presented and on
motion duly made seconded and carried they were allowed.
