I, Dan Tveite, the Economic Development Authority Executive President, hereby
requests a closed meeting of the Economic Development Authority on Tuesday, January
16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. for the following:
The EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3)
to consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property." The
properties being discussed are:

In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
