An Ordinance Amending Section, 30-879, Residential districts, of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That 5 30-879, Residential districts, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall
be amended to add the following paragraph :
Sec. 30-879. Residential districts.
(g) Apartments shall be allowed one on -premises freestanding si m_ not to exceed 64 square„ feet
nor 20 feet in height, and one wall ski per ptt ee elevation, not to exceed 32 square feet.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 16th day of January, 2024.
