Action Requested
Designate, by motion, commissioners to serve on the EDA-HRA Joint Finance Committee for 2024.
Background/Discussion
The bylaws provide that committee assignments of commissioners be reviewed at the annual meeting.
The HRA has one standing committee, the Joint Finance Committee (JFC). In 2023, the commissioners who
served on the JFC were Nate Ovall and Jill Larson-Vito.
At the January 2, 2024, HRA meeting, Lynn Caswell was appointed to serve on the JFC as Jill Larson-Vito left the
commission.
