Review the lease proposal provided by Spikes and provide staff with direction.
Background/Discussion
Last fall, the City Council discussed a possible lease of the parking lot between Highway 10 and the railroad tracks.
The adjacent business, Spikes & Houles, submitted a proposed lease for the parking lot to support additional
outdoor product display and storage space.
Staff will present the offer during the meeting and solicit feedback regarding the City Council’s desired direction.
Financial Impact
If a lease is approved, the city will receive lease payments from Spikes.
