Open the public hearing, receive public feedback, and continue to the hearing to March 4, 2024.
Background/Discussion
In reviewing the preliminary plat for SBC Addition, staff identified an inconsistency with the city’s Comprehensive
Plan. One lot within the plat does not have a land use designation as it was inadvertently included with the right-of-
way for Highway 169. The Comprehensive Plan must be updated prior to processing the preliminary plat.
The Planning Commission will review the Comprehensive Plan amendment on February 27, 2024, and the City
Council will review the amendment, along with preliminary and final plat for SBC Addition, on March 4, 2024.
