Action Requested
Open the public hearing, receive public feedback, and continue the hearing to March 4, 2024.
Background/Discussion
Spectrum Schools have requested approval of a PUD to allow development of additional support spaces on their
middle and high school parcels. The proposed PUD required approval of the plat of SBC Addition, which is on
hold pending a Comprehensive Plan amendment. The Comprehensive Plan must be updated prior to processing
the plat and PUD.
The Planning Commission will review the Comprehensive Plan amendment and the PUD request on February 27,
2024, and the City Council will review the amendment, along with PUD and SBC Addition plat, on March 4, 2024.
