NOTICE OF CLOSED MEETING OF
THE ELK RIVER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

I, Dan Tveite, the Economic Development Authority Executive President, hereby
requests a closed meeting of the Economic Development Authority on Tuesday, February
20, 2024, at 5:45 p.m. for the following:
The EDA will be holding a closed meeting per MN Statute §13D.05., Subd. 3(c)(3)
to consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase or sale of real property." The
properties being discussed are:
■ PID#75-00597-0105, also known as 13566 185`' Avenue NW, Elk River
■ PID#75-00597-0110, also known as 13530 185`' Avenue NW, Elk River
In accordance with State Statute, I hereby request the city clerk to post this notice at least
three days prior to the scheduled meeting date. I further request the city clerk to notify each
member of the Economic Development Authority of the closed meeting, in writing, at least
one day before the meeting.
