Action Requested
Approve, by motion, moving the Facility Maintenance Supervisor position to pay grade 2N effective March 18,
2024.
Background/Discussion
The 2024 FT Center budget includes a new fulltime position of Senior Facility Worker. This position will report
to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor due to their work schedules. In reviewing the scoring for the Facility
Maintenance Supervisor position, it was determined that this position should move from pay grade 3N to pay
grade 2N.
Tony Seibert holds this position. He is currently paid at step E of pay grade 3N. With this change, he will move to
step D of pay grade 2N effective March 18, 2024. He will be eligible for a step increase to step E of pay grade 2N
on March 18, 2025.
Financial Impact
The financial impact for this change will be approximately $2,200.00 for 2024.
