I. Call Meeting to Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River City Council was called to order at 6:00
p.m. by Mayor Dietz.
2. Closed Meeting
Mayor Dietz read a statement outlining the purpose of the meeting to review and discuss a labor
negotiation proposal as it relates to a Memorandum of Understanding for Injury on Duty for LELS #231
police patrol pursuant to MN Statute 13D.03.
I Motion to Adjourn
Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the meeting
of the City Council.
Motion carried 5-0.
The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
