VILLAGE OF ELK RIVER COUNCIL MEETING
February 13, 1918
A regular meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of C.F. Fiman Pres on Wednesday Feb
13, 1918.
Present – C.F. Fiman, Pres, E.J. Keegan and F.M. Plank Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne, Clerk.
Meeting called to order by the Pres at 8 o’clock P.M.
The following bills were presented examined and on motion allowed. Clerk ordered to draw orders
for same.
