A regular meeting of the Village Council was held at the Office of F.M. Plank Trustee on Saturday
Nov 16, 1918.
Present – E.E. Scott, Pres. F.M. Plank and E.J. Keegan Trustees, W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
Meeting called to order by the Pres at 10 o’clock A.M.
The following bills were presented and on motion of F.M. Plank seconded by E.J. Keegan and
declared carried by the President allowed.
Elmer Palmer 4 days on Street with team 24.00
William Iliff 5 days on street with team 30.00
Abner L’Herault ½ day watchman Oct 31 2.00
