A Special meeting of Village Council was held at the Office of F.M. Plank Trustee on Monday
March 24, 1919
Present – E.E. Scott, Pres, F.M. Plank Trustee and W.F. Chadbourne Clerk
Meeting called to order by the Pres at 10 A.M.
The following bills were presented and on motion allowed and Clerk instructed to draw orders for
