Staff will present a sport court addition concept and estimates within the fieldhouse.
Background/Discussion
At the May 22, 2023, City Council meeting, the Council reached a consensus on utilizing $250,000 in American
Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds towards the installation of sport court in the FT Center fieldhouse with the
intention of seasonal use and not disrupt current turf usage demand.
Desired amenities included pickleball, volleyball, and basketball for additional revenue opportunities through
programing and rentals.
Financial Impact
Estimated project cost is $285,031.
