3. CONSENT AGENDA
Considered to be routine and noncontroversial by the Library Board and will be approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a board
member, staff member, or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered under the regular agenda.

4. OPEN FORUM
An opportunity for residents and guests to provide comments and feedback to the Library Board regarding items not on the agenda. Information provided in Open Forum will
not be discussed by the Library Board, rather, the information will be referred to staff and/or scheduled for discussion at a future meeting.

General action items in which the Library Board receives information from city staff or consultants and after deliberation acts on the item under consideration. General Business
items are not opportunities to receive or provide public input. However, the board may, at its sole discretion, solicit public feedback.
