Regular meeting of the Village Council was held on Tuesday the 12 day of Aug 1919 at the Office
of the Elk River Lumber Co
Present
J.H. Virgin, President
Bert Carr, Trustee
Wm Norval, Clerk
Meeting called to order at 8:30 P.M. by the President.
Motion by Bert Carr seconded and carried that the following bills be allowed and warrants to be
issued to pay the same.
1785 W.S. Nott Co acid and soda for chemical truck 28.00
1786 Wm Iliff 7 ½ days work on streets with team 52.50
1787 Wm Norval for cash paid out for sundries 5.00
1788 W.S. Nott Co Mpls bal due them on Chem truck 1000.00

Moved seconded and carried that the clerk draw a warrant for the sum of $1000.00 to pay the
balance due the W.S. Nott Co from the Chemical Truck purchased on May 13, 1919
