AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE SCHOOL VIEW 1ST ADDITION
.AND ELK RIVER INDUSTRIAL PARK AREA STREET NAMING
AND HOUSE NUMBERING MAPS SYSTEMS BY REFERENCE.
The City Council of Elk River ordains:
Section 1. School. View 1st Addition and Elk River Industrial Park Area.
The Street naming and house numbering, last amended, one copy of which is
on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby adopted as the street &
house naming & numbering of the additions for the purpose of assigning street
names and house numbers to comply with the Elk River Township numbering
system and for all future anexsations. Every provision contained in this code
is hereby adopted and made a part of this ordinance as if fully set forth herein.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance becomes effective from and after
its passage and publication.
Passed by the City Council this 3rd day of June 1974.
