THE CITY OF ELK RIVER DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
There is hereby established the Civil Defense Police Reserve of the City
of Elk River, Minnesota organized pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 694
of the Session Laws of the State of Minnesota for the year 1951 and acts
amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto. There is hereby filed with
the City Clerk of the City of Elk River, a copy of their By Laws and Standing
Rules of Order.
Now Therefore, be it hereby ordained that said organization together
with its By Laws and Standing Rules of Order be and hereby is created &
established.
