Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,
meeting of the Village Council. of the Village of Elk
Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall in said

Member introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION CONCURRING IN THE ACTION OF
THE UTILITIES COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE
IN PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND
SALE OF $1,015,OOO ELECTRIC
REVENUE BONDS OF 1971
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Commission of the
Village has adopted a resolution providing for the issuance
and sale of $1,015,000.Electric Revenue Bonds of 1971, for.
the purpose of providing money to finance the cost of improve-
ments to.the.electric'utility production plant, which resolu-
tion is by reference incorporated in and made a part of this
resolution.to the same extent and with the same force and
effect as if set out fully herein, and a copy of which is
attached hereto;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council
of the Village of Elk River, Minnesota, that the Council hereby
concurs in the resolution adopted by the Commission providing
for the issuance and sale of $1,015,-OOO.Electric Utility Revenue
Bonds of 1971, and hereby joins in. and adopts the sameresolution,
including all of the covenants and agreements therein contained.
with the same force and effect as if said resolution had been
adopted by the Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu-
tion was seconded by member 070_ and upon a vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.

HEREBY CERTIFY.that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes with the original minutes
of a meeting of the Village Council held on the date therein
indicated, which are on file and of record in my office, and
the same is a full,, true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to concurring in the action of
the Public Utilities Commission in.providing for the issuance
and sale of $1,015,000 Electric Revenue Bonds of 1971.
