WHEREASe'the City of Elk River is a party to the Great River
Regional Library Agreement, and
WHEREAS said Agreement provides that each party *1 ' 11 contribute
all tangible personal property DVnedby it whiah is devoted to library
purposes to said Regional Libraryo and
WHERFASt said Agreement provides that. if said Regional Library
should ever be terminated, that the assets of said Regional Library
will be distributed to the parties in propDrti3a to each p&rtylgi
o3ntribution,
NOW, THERMENs BE IT HEREBY RMWED BY THE COUNCIL OF THK CITY
OF ELX, RIVER THAT all tangible personal property now owned by the
City of Elk River which Lis devoted to use for library purposes is
hereby oontributed and transferred to the Great River Regional Library,
St. Cloud, Minnesota.
