Recognition of Employee Longevity — Michelle Venema, 16 years
ACTION REQUESTED:
Recognize Michelle Venema for 16 years of service and award the Longevity Bonus paycheck.
BACKGROUND:
In September 2021, the Commission approved a Longevity Pay benefit to be paid to qualifying,
eligible employees based on their years of service according to the schedule below.

DISCUSSION:
Michelle Venema has been an employee with ERMU since May 1, 2008, and, therefore, has
earned the 16-year longevity pay benefit. We recognize Michelle and all her contributions to
the success of ERMU through her service.
