DISCUSSION:
• The fiber installation contractor has completed the overhead installation and has
resubmitted state right of way permits for the installation across Highway 169. The
highway crossing is the last installation needed, and we expect splicing to happen at the
end of the project.
• Staff is continuing with network installations to utilize the expanded fiber installations.
This will support both Advanced Metering Infrastructure and SCADA functionality.
• The Information Security Committee is meeting prior to the Commission meeting on
May 14.
