A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River approving
expenditures of Minnesota Public Safety Aid
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received an allocation of Public Safety Aid in the
amount of $1,145,601; and
WHEREAS, the police and fire departments have identified purchases for use of the
funds; and
WHEREAS, the following purchases are requested:

Rifle -rated Bunkers (2) $24,000

TZD Public Safety Grant $14,000-20,000

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: To approve the listed expenditures (approximate amounts).
