An Ordinance Amending Chapter, 30, Division 9, Other Nonoverlay Districts, of
the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30, Division 9, Other Nonoverlay Districts, of the City of Elk River
Code of Ordinances shall be amended to add the following Subdivision and Section:
Subdivision III. AV12roved Planned Unit Development Districts
Section 30-1600. — Bradford Park PUD
(a) Legal Description. The followings described propem located within the Cit) of Elk River,
Sherburne County Minnesota is hereby zoned PUD Planned Unit Development:
The followingi-rohem located in Section 36. Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County.
Minnesota:
The South Half of the Northwest Quarter, the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
the North Half of the Southwest Quarter; the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter;
the Southwest Ouarter of the Southeast [_]uarter: and the Northwest ( ]uarter of the
Southeast Quarter; excepting..; from the forgoing. description the following described Parcel 1
and Parcel 2; but adding to the forgoing description an easement over the Easement Parcel.

Parcel 1: The East 660 feet of the South 660 feet of the North 936 feet of the Northwest

The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION i. That Chapter 30, Division 9, Other Nonoverlay Districts,
of the City of Elk River Code, of Ordinances shall be amended to add
