An Ordinance Amending Chapter, 30, Division 9, Other Nonoverlay Districts, of
the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 30, Division 9, Other Nonoverlay Districts, of the City of Elk River
Code of Ordinances shall be amended to add the following Section:
Section 30-1601. — Spectrum Schools PUD
(a) Legal Description. The following described properry located within the Ciro of Elk River,
Sherburne County. Minnesota is hereby zoned PUD, Planned Unit Development:
Lot 2, Block 2, ELK RIVER BUSINESS PARK, Sherburne Count-. Minnesota
Lot 1. Block 1, ELK RIVER SBC ADDITION. Sherburne Counrn . Minnesota
(b) PUD Development Standards. The 12ropern shall be sub'ect to the following standards.
