Elk River Municipal Utilities is performing an upgrade to its water meter system. Our records indicate your
business has one or more water meters that will need to be exchanged.
Elk River Municipal Utilities has chosen Allegiant Utility Services as its authorized contractor to perform your
water meter replacement. To complete this installation, we will need access to the water meter at your
property. A designated representative should be present during the installation. Appointments will be offered
from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Your water
service may be interrupted during the installation process. We request that you communicate with Allegiant if
your business has more than one meter and/or multiple locations.
