1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting was called to order at 5:01 by Jennifer.
2. INTRODUCTIONS
All staff and committee members introduced themselves.
Josh and the committee members filled in new member, Tamara, on the activities and background of
the Together Elk River Committee.

4.1 April 15, 2024 Meeting Minutes
5. GENERAL BUSINESS
5.1 169 Redefine Construction and Marketing Update
Josh shared a Placer.ai report on the Carson business area, showing a 10 to 20% YoY decline in foot
traffic since the start of construction.
Josh also shared that the changeable copy sign has been installed at the Main and Gates intersection and
may be concerned on the angle of the sign.
Jennifer suggested catchy blurbs for the next copy change.
Josh shared that the first 169 Reels was posted featuring AJ's Complete Automotive. The team is set to
shoot at Maahs' Motors next week.

Debbi inquired on the Highway 10 banners.
