Dear Mr. Leeseberg,
I am writing in support of Harvest Intercontinental Ministries Unlimited (Harvest
Intercontinental Church) at 555 Railroad Drive. They are applying for a CUP through the
City of Elk River to occupy space in our building.
I feel they will be a great addition to the building. Their use of the space will primarily occur
at times when the other tenants are not using their space in the building so there will not be
an issue with parking space availability.
Unfortunately, I will be out of town the day of the Planning Commission meeting on July 23,
2024. lam more than happy to answer any questions that arise from the meeting by phone
or email.
