Concept plan for properties east of Cleveland Street.
Background
At a previous Commission workshop staff reviewed the likely access points from Cleveland
Street. Since that time, in order to facilitate discussion, the City Council directed staff to
prepare a concept plan for the possible development of the properties on the east side of
Cleveland Street, north of County Road 12. The concept plan assumes the properties will
develop with city sewer/water and was laid out with the R1d zoning district dimensional
requirements. The wetland boundaries shown on the plan are approximate and are based on
information from the National Wetland Inventory.
