ACTION REQUESTED:
Recognize Melissa Karpinski for 8 years of service and award the Longevity Bonus paycheck.
BACKGROUND:
In September 2021, the Commission approved a Longevity Pay benefit to be paid to qualifying,
eligible employees
based on their years of service according to the schedule below.

DISCUSSION:
Melissa Karpinski has been an employee with ERMU since August 9, 2016, and, therefore, has
earned the 8-year longevity pay benefit. We recognize Melissa and all her contributions to the
success of ERMU through her service.
