DISCUSSION:
• Office walk-in traffic for July consisted of 136 customers, averaging 34 customers per week over
the four -week period.
• Currently there are seven active residential solar photovoltaic projects planned or under
construction in the ERMU service territory.
• In the last 30 days, combined the level two charger located downtown and in the parking lot in
front of ERMU offices had 47 sessions and provided customers with 574 kWh of green energy.
• ERMU disconnections for July
o Cycle 3 —19 disconnections
o Cycle 4-11 disconnections
o Cycle 1— 39 disconnections
o Cycle 2 - 17 disconnections
• Administrations director's daily efforts continue to focus on ERMU's Advanced Metering
Infrastructure (AMI) project; the AMI team meets weekly for a project update with Allegiant and
Core & Main.
• Administrations director is working with Frontier Energy to report ERMU's 2023 Energy
Conservation and Optimization (ECO) results. The State of Minnesota implemented a new online
reporting platform for utilities to report their yearly ECO results and plans. The original deadline
for reporting on 2023 results was August 1, 2024, but has been extended to August 31, 2024.
• Credit and collections specialist is wrapping up the State of Minnesota Revenue Recapture (RR)
audit with a deadline of August 24, 2024, to correct any violations and respond to the audit
findings. Overall, ERMU had a clean audit with RR, and we are confident that our current
processes and procedures align with the RR program requirements.
• IT staff is working with the fiber contractor to complete the punch list items.
