DISCUSSION:
• Bi-annual bond payments due August 1 have been paid totaling $961,778.13. The bond
payments due were the bonds from 2016 and 2018 for our Minnesota Municipal Power
Agency buy -in maturing in 2036 and 2048, respectively; and 2021 electric bond and
2021 water bond for the new field services building maturing in 2051 and 2041,
respectively.
• First Bank of Elk River was on -site August 6 to conduct annual ACH training.
Staff met with Abdo on August 7 for our annual listening call. During this call we discuss
how the prior audit went and current happenings at the utility.
• Staff is compiling 2025 budget information.
