DISCUSSION:
• In August, residential electric customers will receive the heat pump and HVAC
equipment rebate flyers which are attached.
• In addition to bill insert topics, social media posts this month feature the commission
meeting notice, fire hydrant clearance requirements, budget billing program, water
saving tips, and the Labor Day closure.
• ERMU's Hydrant Hysteria teammates, Angela Hauge and Katy Olson, were featured on
the front page in the July 27 edition of the Star News. Check out the article!
• As staff continues work to improve rebate participation and Conservation Improvement
Program results, the August 3 edition of the Star News featured a front-page ad
directing readers to ERMU's rebate page.
