ORDINANCE 90 - 41
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP
TO ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
R-IC/SINGLE FAMILY TO R-IA/SINGLE FAMILY
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of
Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described as:
See attached Exhibit "A"
from R-Ic/Single Family to R-Ia/Single Family
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after the date of its publication.

PARCEL A:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 33,
Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter;
thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees 21 minutes 42
seconds West along the north line of said Southwest Quarter, a
distance of 490.00 feet to the point of beginning of the land
