90-043 ORD e e It ORDINANCE 90 - 43 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER SECTION 800.32, 800.40, AND 800.54 RELATING TO BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSING AND REGULATION The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as follows: Section 1. The Code of Ordinances for the City of Elk River, Section 800.32, Subd. 4, is amended to read as follows: 4. No person who has not attained the age of eighteen (18) years shall be employed to sell or serve beeT in any on-sale establishment. Section 2. The Code of Ordinances for the City of Elk River, Section 800.40, Subd. 5, is amended to read as follows: 5. No person who has not attained the age of eighteen (18) years of age shall be employed to sell or serve liquor in any licensed establishment. Section 3. The Code of Ordinances for the City of Elk River, Section 800.54, Subd. 5, is amended to read as follows: 5. No person who has not attained the age of eighteen (18) years of age shall be employed to sell or serve wine in any licensed establishment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the day of its publication. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River, this 15th day of October, 1990.
