ORDINANCE 90 - 47
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF ELK RIVER ZONING MAP TO ZONE
CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-2B/TOWNHOUSE AND MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL
AND R-1C SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO PUD/PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT
The City Council of the City of Elk River does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The duly adopted Zoning Map of the City
of Elk River is hereby amended to zone the property described
as:
See Attached Exhibit "A"
from R-2b and R-lc to PUD.
Section 1. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after the date of its publication.

(a) The West 200 feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW-l/4) of
Section Thirty-five (35), Township 33, Range 26, lying South of
County Road No. 12.
(b) The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW-l/4
of NW-l/4) of Section Two (2) Township 32, Range 26, except
that part thereof that lies Westerly of a line run parallel
wi th and distant 200 feet Easterly of the West line of said
Section Two (2) and Southerly of a line run parallel with and
distant 100 feet Southerly of the North line of said Section
Two (2); said exception containing 5.46 acres more or less.
(c) That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter (SW-l/4 of SW-l/4) of Section Thirty-five (35),
Township 33, Range 26, lying South of County State Aid Highway
No. 12 East of the West 200 feet thereof; and West of the
following described line; Beginning at a point of the South
line of said SW-l/4 of SW-l/4 675 feet West of the Southeast
corner thereof; thence Northeasterly on a line running to a
point on the center line of said highway which is 549.08 feet
Northwesterly of the intersection of said center line of said
SW-l/4 of SW-l/4, to a point 330 feet Southwesterly of its
intersection with said center line; thence Northwesterly
parallel with said center line 300 feet; thence Northeasterly
to a point on said center line which is 849.08 feet
Northwesterly of the intersection of said center line and the
East line of said SW-l/4 of SW-l/4 and there terminating.
