Review the policy and provide comment
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This month commissioners are reviewing policy G.2h — Independent Advisors to the
Commission to make comments, ask questions, or recommend updates. Commissioners may
notice we are skipping the Committee Charter policies as those are reviewed every January.
With this policy, the Commission establishes and communicates the purposes for which it may
engage independent advisors and the process by which it engages those advisors.
Staff is not recommending any changes to the policy.
