Staff is in the process of taping segments for the Annual Report and would like to get footage of the
Council.
Action Reauested
I ask that the Mayor and Council Members arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the meeting on February 6th to
allow time for Kristin Thomas to video tape the entire Council and to take a few pictures. Thank you.
