Recognition of Employee Longevity — Mitch Girtz, 12 Years
ACTION REQUESTED:
Recognize Mitch Girtz for 12 years of service and award the Longevity Bonus paycheck.
BACKGROUND:
In September 2021, the Commission approved a Longevity Pay benefit to be paid to qualifying,
eligible employees
based on their years of service according to the schedule below.

DISCUSSION:
Lead Lineworker Mitch Girtz has been an employee with ERMU since October 15, 2012, and,
therefore, has earned the 12-year longevity pay benefit. We recognize Mitch and all his
contributions to the success of ERMU through his service.
