DISCUSSION:
• Continued efforts compiling 2025 budget information.
• 1 attended the National Information Solutions Cooperative's Member Information
Conference, September 16-19 in Lake Buena Vista, FL. This was a great opportunity to
network and attend many useful sessions including some on Mosaic, budgeting,
purchasing, reporting, and security. I am looking forward to bringing some of the things I
learned back to the team.
• Our Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist, Kathy, is attending the 2024 American Payroll
Association Northstar Chapter's annual statewide conference on October 10-11 in
Bloomington, MN.
• The Financial Reseves & Investment Committee will plan on having its annual meeting
before the November Commission meeting.
