A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT
FOR THE COMMUNITY CHARITIES OF MN
WHEREAS,
Community Charities has made application to the State Gambling
Control Board for a Premises Permit Renewal; and
WHEREAS,
the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling on the premises of
the Elk River Bowl located at 13161 Highway 10 in the City of Elk River
for the period of April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2008; and
WHEREAS,
Community Charities has met the city's requirement of spending 75
percent of its lawful expenditures within the city's trade area during the
past two years; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota that a Premises Permit be granted to the Community Charities to allow charitable
gambling operations at the Elk River Bowl located at 13161 Highway lOin the City of Elk
River, Minnesota.
Passed and adopted this 6th day ofPebruary 2006.
