Prepared by Bill Maertz, Parks and Recreation Director Reviewed by Introduction Staff is seeking authorization to contract with Sherburne County Public Works to include a pedestrian tunnel for the Great Northern Trail during the reconstruction of CR 33. Discussion Plans for the Great Northern Trail are to pave it all the way from Elk River to Princeton. When complete, this trail will be a premier regional trail that will receive heavy use.
