Introduction
The office situation at the Street Department has three supervisors sharing one office and the
receptionist/ secretary, along with her sign making equipment sharing, the other office.
Discussion
Staff has looked at various options to add office space and the consensus is to convert bay one in the
garage area to a receptionist area, sign making shop, four offices and an expansion area with a mezzanine
above for additional break room space and storage. The existing office would be converted to locker
rooms and a small conference room.
Financial Impact
Weare waiting for the first design/build cost estimate.
