Discuss and provide staff direction for the annual retreat.
Background/Discussion
The Council has selected Monday, April 29th for their annual retreat with staff. We will begin at I p.m. in the
EOC and can expect to finish at approximately 7 p.m.
We will review the city vision, values, mission statement, city goals, discuss 2025 budget parameters, and
various other topics.
This discussion is intended to build the agenda for the meeting. Please take some time to think of possible
discussion items.
Staff would like some direction on the following topics:
1) MN Affordable Housing Aid Grant Use
2) MN Public Safety Aid Grant Use
3) SWOT Analysis, staffing models, and job description revisions.
4) Master Planning: Parks and Fire Station # 1
5) Northbound Capital Improvement Plan
