Action Requested
Approve, by motion, the employment termination of Christopher Clark effective April 18, 2024.
Background/Discussion
Wastewater Operator Chris Clark has been on multiple leaves of absence and has exhausted his FMLA and
paid leave time. With his absence, the wastewater division has been working shorthanded, which has been
significantly challenging. In light of this, we have made the difficult decision to request the termination of Mr.
Clark's employment so we can bring the division back to full staff.
