Approve, by motion, the Separation Agreement and Release with Liquor Store Manager John Colotti.
Background/Discussion
John Colotti's last day with the city was May 28, 2024. As part of the Severence Pay requirements, a release of
claims must be executed. Mr. Colotti returned his signed Agreement on May 30, 2024.

As per Severence Pay policy.
