Extend Land Use Approvals: Plat, Conditional Use

Action Requested
Approve, by motion, a 7-month extension of the date to complete the required conditions of approval and
record the following land use applications, CU 22-09, PE 22-01, and EV 22-01. The approved completion date
is May 16, 2024. If approved, the extended completion date would be December 15, 2024.
Background/Discussion
In 2022, ERX received approval for several Land Use Applications, Conditional Use Permit (CU 22-09), Plat
(PE 22-01), and Easement Vacation (EV 22-01), to allow operation of their expanded off-road racing facility at
21591 Highway 169. The applicant continues to make progress on the project and is requesting an extension
until December 15, 2024, to complete the required conditions and record the plat and easement vacation.
The attached letter from the applicant explains why they are requesting the extension.
