Discuss fundamental changes in the FT Center rate structure.
Background/Discussion
The current rate structure has numerous rates based on time of day, resident/nonresident, thresholds
regarding when or if discounts apply, etc.
Staff will present the current rates and discuss an alternative methodology for establishing rates going
forward.
Financial Impact
The FT Centers rates impact the overall budget revenues.
