Association to the Elk River Fire Department,

The Elk River Fire Department received a monetary donation of $2,500.00 from the Zimmerman Livonia Fire
Relief Association to be used towards the purchase of fire equipment.

Resolution 24-46
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging
Contributions
WHEREAS, the City of Ella River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and
individuals for their contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $2500.00 donation from the Zimmerman
Livonia Fire Relief Association with the intent it be used by the Elk River Fire Department
for Fire Equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths
vote, to acknowledge the support and commend Zimmerman Livonia Fire Relief
Association for their donation.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember
and duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
